Michigan Central Station x Sammy Whammy’s is now available in-person at Michigan Central 🚂

This is the perfect gift for the kid in your life, whether you grab a backpack, hair clip, wall hanging, or clothing item! Be sure to visit Winter at the Station on Fridays or on Saturdays when entrance is free! There’s so many other fun things to do, but be sure to stop by the gift shop before you leave

Genuinely the coolest experience ever. Walking into Michigan Central, seeing all the restoration that’s happened for the past few years, then seeing products I designed, patterned, and sewed in The Shop was surreal.

Thank you for the opportunity to collaborate and for giving me such free rein to create this collection. The store is beautifully designed and curated.

If you have the chance, you should absolutely go and see the Winter at the Station events, and stop by the gift shop to see Sammy Whammy’s’ very first collaboration!

🚂 The mix of primary colors is super kid friendly, with the gold representing Michigan Central Station and a blue reminiscent of that iconic Ford blue

🚉 Super comfortable! (as always) The sweatshirts are made with high-quality, deadstock, cozy, Polartec fleece. The overalls are made with stretch denim is that amazing navy railroad stripe. Everything is made to move with kids, not against them

💛 Heirloom-quality, appliqué designs. The graphics you see are sewn on from 100% bamboo felt. None of these designs with fade and wash away with wear
