We cannot express enough gratitude for all who visited the studio on Reset Day.
New students and current, amazing vendors and our supportive teachers and staff, this community day was a success.
From the energy in the room to the connections made, this was a powerful reminder that consistency doesn’t have to be a solo journey and it doesn’t have to stop here.

Studio update ✨
We’ve turned off the heat for the summer. Infrared heat will now be used exclusively for our HOT classes.
A simple change to support a more comfortable and intentional movement experience. For all other classes, we’re embracing a natural studio temperature—inviting you to build heat from within.

Two days away. This is your reset.
Saturday, June 13th — a free, full-day experience at Detroit Yoga Lab. Most studios ask you to push harder. We do it differently. Every class is built around nervous system support, sustainable strength, and movement that helps you recover instead of run you down.
This is Detroit’s first infrared-heated studio, and Reset Day is your chance to feel what intentional, nervous-system-first movement actually does for your body.
Come for one class or stay all day. Bring a friend or come solo. Either way, see how good your body is meant to feel.

This Friday, Rest as Practice closes with Letting Go.
The final session of this series invites you to soften effort, release what no longer needs to be held, and allow rest to become the practice.
Join for a restorative yoga and meditation class designed to help the body settle, and the nervous system exhale.
What to expect:
• Long-held, fully supported restorative postures
• Gentle movement to prepare the body for stillness
• Guided meditation
• Spacious savasana
Each class stands on its own. No experience is required, and you do not need to have attended the full series to join us.
