Julie Beutel singing at the Good Friday walk.

"I hear the voice of my Grandmother calling me. I hear the voice of my Grandmother calling me... Wake up! Wake up! She says Wake up! Wake up! Listen listen! Listen listen! May the rivers all run clear. May the mountains be unspoiled. May the air be pure. May the trees grow tall. May the earth be shared by all."

As Rev. Annie reminded us this morning, Easter is not an event -- it's a process. As we celebrate this Eastertide, may we continue the work of Easter in the world, proclaiming the Good News that the powers of Death have no dominion, and that Love (which looks like justice) always wins.

We are starting a new young adults group at St. Peter's! 👏

We don't have any set rhythms yet, but hope to start more intentionally building community among young folks who attend St. Peter's. If you would like to be added to the email list for an upcoming potluck and future events, please email Ministries Coordinator Kateri Boucher at [email protected].
