Effective Jan 1, 2023 we will no longer be offering local on-site customer support. All support requests will be remote based and must be initiated through our online ticket system. To be transparent this will allow us to more efficiently serve our customers needs that have support plans with us, more expeditiously, as well as reduce costs and labor/time constraints.

There are no changes to our software development lifecycle, application hosting or application support platforms. Those remain unaffected.
