Let me clarify something if it wasn't clear on my page.

Spirituality and mental health go hand in hand for me and many others. You can be in therapy and practice heavy spirituality.

Spiritual people do attend counseling with a psychologist/psychiatrist/social worker/therapist when they feel called and listen to their intution.

Many spiritualists actually go into these fields as a job.

Spirit does call you to look at many perspectives on the healing path. Spirit supports science and spirituality in my eyes. Just two different languages and gotta know how to translate is all.

The inward path of healing will show you the outward path specifics isn't as relevant as is the effects of said path. If it's not healing or if lessons are repeating too much, it mostly likely an arrow in the wrong direction (until you crack and get tired of the pattern).

Only you can decide if you need more spiritual perspectives or more logical ones at any given rate. It tells you where the balance is off.

That's just my observations and info I have gathered studying people from different perspectives and listening to them.

Do your own observations and studies though. Don't just take my word or any one person's word. Idc how trusted they/we are in our fields.

You can learn and connect dots too. Observe social media and in person. Ask questions and just listen. Pay attention to your surroundings. Note any patterns you see. Read info and cross reference.

There's a first time dream for me.

Helping my mom parent myself. Felt like I went back in time to help out a 4 year old me.

I couldn't quite tell me that I am them in the future, but my mom knew.

I was trying to take a button out of little me's ear. I went to get my mom's help. Told her to stay upstairs.

But little me came downstairs and said she removed it herself.

Then a cousin came over to take over babysitting little me, but I couldn't give her an exact estimate on the pass off time was. She was getting impatient not knowing what the time was.

There was old school r&b music playing that I could barely recall (dead artists though, possibly TLC). Little me was pretty active and a bit clutzy. Tripped on the stairs at the very top. I did too.

This dream was very odd.

Get tired of speaking to others often.

I can't care more than somebody else does without it backfiring

On an individual scale and political scale:

At some point you're gonna get tired of telling people your predictions and how certain patterns work and just let them touch the hot burning stove to learn the lesson

"They who have an ear, let them hear"

I don't think heaven and hell [on earth] means what a lot of people think it means.

I keep thinking about the symbolism of the tower of babel

Those who learned the lesson early saved themselves from investing more resources

Those who realize too late will be inside and nearby the tower as it collapses again.

There's way too many beings that symbolize karma and death coming up to me right now that are having me, "observe, don't absorb, just listen, and when I say move.... move!"

Real astrologers understand that we all have our unique beliefs and systems, and none is inherently superior to the other. I practice Western astrology, and one of my online friends practices Vedic astrology. We often share insights, exchange ideas, and enrich each other’s perspectives through mutual respect. Why? Because a true astrologer values the diversity of thought and approaches within our field.

Unfortunately, I’ve noticed some individuals in the community attacking others interpretations. This has happened to me and to other Western astrologers, particularly in discussions about Pluto’s transit. This kind of behavior does not reflect the heart of astrological practice, which thrives on curiosity, open-mindedness, and growth.

Here’s an example of what mutual respect looks like in astrology: my friend Brandy Chrisman shared her Vedic perspective on Pluto’s transit, and it added depth to my own understanding of what’s happening energetically. This is what it means to support one another and learn from different approaches.

A real astrologer uplifts, respects, and learns from others unless the work is truly harmful. Let’s keep astrology a space for insight, not division.
