Welp... I'm calling it "Sprainkle"
It really hurts.
I'm being forced to "stay off of it"
So, here are some five minute sketches. (following along with Jane Davenport's book Beautiful Faces)
I wonder how many movies a human can take...
Today is day one.
Today I walked/jogged 2 miles.
First I briskly walked 3/4 of a mile,
Carrying a 3 pound weight in each hand.
While walking fast, I did various arm exercises with the weights.
For the next 1/4 mile, I jogged.
Rested for 30 seconds.
Then 20 incline push-ups.
Rested for 30 seconds.
Then 10 squats.
~~~Then I repeated that, all of that!
I feel great.
Just went grocery shopping for very healthy and sensible meals/snacks!!!
This is MY year.

Today will be filled with cleaning and art!!! I'm so happy today!!! It's raining outside, the Earth is being washed and polished... The inside will be cleaned as well... I will be washed and polished too, chores for the house & art for my serenity. All is right in my world. So it is...
Happy New Year!! 2015 has already started out beautifully!!! Every where I look, I see art... In the trees. In the clouds. In a stained concrete sidewalk.
