I have pondered changing the name of this page to Betrayed Wife and use it to promote my Life Coaching business. When I started this page it was meant to be an act of sarcasm to combat the daily pain that I was feeling as a woman who had become devalued and taken for granted. In the past couple of years I have discovered why I was feeling that way, it's because I was. My husband and I are working to mend the broken parts of our collective lives. As I navigate the future it is my hope to keep this space pure with my sass and continue to be myself.

Always remember to put down the toilet seat and for the love of god mo********er, THE HAMPER IS LITERALLY 2 INCHES FROM WHERE YOU LEFT YOUR DIRTY CLOTHES!

I called my husband Karen last night about 50 times.

Sometimes we give of ourselves in ways we'd not known possible.

I think that some people don't think wife is a job but it sure feels like a job as I am wifing around.

I've been making food for my husband every time my mom calls. She called me a good wife!

A real life love letter.

An Open Letter To My Husband,

Times haven't always been easy for us as a couple. We had to learn to be good partners to each other. Our real love has grown over time. There have been times that I might not have made it this long without you.

I feel like once we started being friends to each other is when a true relationship was able to start for us. How odd that it was 5 years into our marriage. I can tell you with all confidence 15 years in that I grow to be more in love with you every day. This morning when I woke up I rolled over and smelled your pillow. I then smiled and proceeded with my day.

It is you, our children, and this life that we built that is my dream come true. I thank you. You are the love of my life.
