This living room had us from the start. The expansive front window, original crown moulding, and front door set the tone.

The fireplace needed a reset, so we reworked it to feel true to the home’s 1920s roots using an antique surround from the 1890s. The brick hearth was salvaged from the exterior during the addition and repurposed here and in the mudroom.

A before worth seeing, and a space that finally feels like it belongs.

Not all storage needs to be built in. This antique armoire has been our style and storage solution for years. Antique, functional and a little unexpected.

A few years ago, we refreshed this home from top to bottom-almost. The baths and laundry were saved for later.

When our client asked for neutral, we didn’t argue—because we knew it would lead to something like this. Natural textures, warm tones, and sculptural lighting create a cozy, laid-back feel that’s full of character.

Manolo Langis brought this space to life—what started as an uncertain corner became one of the most memorable moments in the home.

We love incorporating unexpected details into our designs, like these bespoke hand-painted riser tiles from Stone Impressions.

Made from limestone, these tiles feature a custom design we had printed on them, creating a unique touch on the staircase. The treads were custom-ordered as one solid piece of french limestone, with varying textures for added depth and character.
