Everything that is going on at this time has brought me to complete sadness. And I know a lot of other people are feeling this sadness as well, and that actually brings a bit of happiness and hope back into my heart. Knowing that hopefully the majority of people in this country are feeling this same way let’s me know that there are a lot of decent human beings out there who believe in equality. But there are still a lot of disgusting, corrupt, and racist people out there too. Racism is a taught behavior, and until parents stop teaching this to their children, racism will live on. Be the first in your family to stop this vicious cycle. ❤️
We all need to sign petitions, and educate ourselves, register to vote, and vote for the people that are going to help make the change that we want and need. Not just voting for who should be President, but also our Local Officials/Leaders as well. It’s not about black vs white. It’s about right vs wrong.
