I am getting my coaching certification through the Co-Active Coaching Institute and an additional cert through the International Coach Federation. This morning I begin the second part of certification by meeting the others in my certification group via pod call. Attendees will be calling in from all over the world, including Turkey, England, Japan and Singapore.

Today I will be speaking to the students at Hope Academy about being a female entrepreneur and best practices for cultivating resilience. Hope Academy offers one of the first programs of its kind in the country supporting women who have been victims of human trafficking. It is my greatest honor to get to work with these amazingly resilient women today! No doubt the students will become the teacher. Let the collaboration begin, the good times roll. Smile everyone, lean into the vulnerability and tell someone that they are amazing. It will surely make their day.

What it means when you see repetitive number sequences

Although I don't practice any organized religion staying connected to my spiritual practice is fundamental for cultivating a Live Brave life. One part of my spirituality is the belief that A) Angels are all around us and B) one of the most common ways angels reach out to us is by showing us repetitive number sequences. This is a particularly fun and happy part of my practice. Sequences can stick with us for a day, weeks, months, however long we are meant to have it. Last week I was seeing 2s and this week 444s are popping up. According to Doreen Virtues number symbology guide I am being affirmed that angels are real and to keep trusting that I am on my path, to trust and be patient. Do you ever see number sequences like 111, 123, 555, 222, 333?
