Dont know who i thought i was ๐๐joined a hit studio class for an hour , 10 minutes in i was regretting it lol , but i made it โค๏ธit was a lot of cardio and strength training

Almost did not make to the gym because i was tired but breaking the promises i made to my self would hurt even more โคๅ่ๅปท #6
