🍎📚 Standing for Our Teachers. Standing for Our Future. 📚🍎

I am proud to be recognized as a Teacher Freedom Fountain Candidate — a commitment to protecting the voices, rights, and professional integrity of our educators.

Teachers are on the front lines of shaping the next generation. They deserve the freedom to teach, inspire, and lead without fear of political pressure or unnecessary restrictions. When we support our teachers, we strengthen our schools, our communities, and our future.

As a candidate for Governor, I will continue to advocate for:

✅ Respect for educators’ professional judgment
✅ Safe and supportive classrooms
✅ Policies that empower—not silence—our teachers
✅ Investment in education that puts students and teachers first

This campaign is about building a Colorado where education is guided by trust, transparency, and opportunity for all.

Let’s stand together for teacher freedom and student success.

I’m proud to share that I am officially a Mental Health Now Candidate.

Mental health is not a side issue—it’s a foundation for strong families, safe communities, and a better future for everyone. For too long, too many people have struggled in silence or gone without the care they deserve.

As a candidate, I am committed to:

✔ Expanding access to affordable mental health care
✔ Supporting early intervention and prevention
✔ Breaking the stigma surrounding mental health
✔ Investing in resources for our youth, families, and first responders

This campaign is about people—making sure no one is left behind and everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Together, we can build a healthier, stronger community.

I’m honored to share that I have received the Moms Demand Action Gun Sense Candidate Distinction.

I want to be clear with the people of Colorado—this distinction is a prerequisite for consideration by the Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund, but it is not an endorsement.

For me, this isn’t about political labels or outside influence. It’s about having a seat at the table, engaging in meaningful conversations, and working toward real solutions that keep our communities safe while respecting the constitutional rights of law-abiding citizens.

As a candidate for Governor, I will continue to listen, lead with transparency, and focus on policies that protect families, support law enforcement, and uphold the freedoms we value here in Colorado.

This campaign is about balance, accountability, and putting Colorado first.

📣 New Campaign Video: Standing with Colorado’s Workforce

I recently had the opportunity to share my message with the Colorado Springs Area Labor Council about why I’m running for Governor of Colorado and where I stand on the issues that matter most to working families.

Colorado was built by hardworking people — men and women who show up every day to do their jobs, provide for their families, and strengthen their communities. As a candidate for Governor, I believe every worker deserves fair wages, safe working conditions, access to quality health care, and the freedom to have a voice in our democracy.

In this video, I talk about my vision for protecting workers’ rights, addressing wage theft, supporting collective bargaining, and ensuring every Coloradan can retire with dignity after a lifetime of hard work.

🎥 Watch the video and hear directly about my commitment to Colorado’s workforce.

Together, we can build a stronger future for the people who keep Colorado moving.

🚨 Protection for Colorado Farmers

As a candidate for Governor, I am calling for state intervention and accountability after reports of threats, harassment, and intimidation at Freedom Acres Ranch in El Paso County.

No family, no farmer, and no child should ever feel unsafe on their own property. Sheriff Joseph Roybal and state leaders must act to protect hardworking Colorado families and ensure the law is upheld fairly.

We must stand with our farmers, ranchers, and rural communities. They feed us, care for the land, and strengthen our state — and they deserve peace, safety, and justice.

📢 A Message to Fellow Coloradans in the Workforce
I wanted to take a few minutes tonight to speak directly to working families across Colorado — from my home, to yours.

In this video, I share my perspective as a single father raising my eight-year-old child on my own, and talk about what it means to work hard, support your family, and still face challenges in today’s economy.

This isn’t about politics — it’s about building a better Colorado for our future generations, protecting workers’ rights, fair wages, safe jobs, quality healthcare, and ensuring every family can thrive without having to rely on the system just to survive.

Please bear with me — live video isn’t something I do often, but I wanted to speak honestly and directly to all of you about the future I want for Colorado.

▶️ Watch the full video and let me know what you think. Together, we can build a Colorado where hard work is respected and every family has a real chance to succeed.

Danny R. Fish Announces Run for Governor Under Colorado Forward Party: A New Era - Open Mag News 03/06/2026

🚨 Big News for Colorado Voters! 🚨

I’m excited to officially announce that I am running for Governor of Colorado under the Colorado Forward Party. I will no longer be listed as an Independent candidate. This move aligns with my personal beliefs and the direction I want to take as a candidate, supporting a party that prioritizes practical solutions over politics as usual.

Rather than seeking a party assembly nomination, I’ve chosen the signature ballot process for the November 2026 election—giving voters direct power to decide who leads our state.

My campaign is focused on putting people before politics. That means:
✅ Strong public safety
✅ Fair and accountable justice
✅ Economic growth and opportunity
✅ Transparent elections and voter engagement

Colorado deserves leadership that answers to the people, not party insiders. I’m committed to offering a fresh perspective and real solutions for every Coloradan.

“Danny R. Fish Joins Colorado Forward Party and Pursues Signature Ballot for Governor”

I’m excited to announce that I am running for Governor of Colorado under the Colorado Forward Party!

I will no longer be listed as an Independent candidate for Governor. I personally believe in the movement that the Colorado Forward Party has been building across our state. This move aligns more closely with my personal beliefs and the direction I want to take as a candidate for Governor of Colorado.

Rather than seeking an assembly nomination, I’ve chosen to pursue the signature ballot process to secure a spot on the November ballot. This approach allows me to connect directly with voters across the state and ensures your voice is at the center of this campaign.

Colorado deserves leadership that puts people before politics—leaders who focus on public safety, fair justice, and accountable government. By taking this path, I am making it clear: this campaign is about the voters, not the political insiders.

I look forward to sharing my vision for a stronger, safer, and more empowered Colorado—and I hope you’ll join me in this journey.

Why did nearly 500,000 Colorado voter records change after elections were certified? - Rocky Mountain Voice 03/06/2026

Colorado voters deserve confidence, transparency, and accountability in our elections.

A newly filed complaint under the Help America Vote Act is raising serious questions about changes made to Colorado’s voter participation records after elections had already been certified.

According to the complaint, nearly 487,887 voter participation records were modified across the 2020, 2022, and 2024 election cycles.

To be clear — the complaint does not claim election fraud. But it does raise an important question:

Why were hundreds of thousands of voter participation records changed after elections were finalized?

Coloradans are often told to simply trust the system. But trust isn’t built through silence — it’s built through transparency.

As someone running for Governor, I believe we should never dismiss legitimate questions from voters. Whether the explanation is clerical corrections, data reconciliation, or system updates, the people of Colorado deserve clear answers and open records.

Our elections must be:
• Transparent
• Secure
• Accountable to the public

Confidence in our elections is not a partisan issue. It’s the foundation of our democracy. When nearly half a million voter records appear to change after certification, the responsible thing to do is investigate, explain, and ensure the system is working exactly as it should.

As Governor, I will support independent audits, full transparency of voter databases, and clear reporting so every Colorado voter can have confidence their vote — and our election system — is protected.

Colorado deserves trustworthy elections and honest answers.

Colorado families are demanding stronger protections for our children. For too long, efforts to strengthen penalties for human trafficking have faced obstacles, and the people of Colorado decided it was time to act.

Through the citizen initiative process, supporters gathered more than the required number of signatures to place a measure on the ballot that would mandate life in prison for those convicted of child s*x trafficking. This initiative will now be decided directly by voters this November.

Protecting children and holding traffickers fully accountable should never be a partisan issue. Colorado must send a clear message that those who exploit our children will face the strongest possible consequences under the law.

This November, voters will have the opportunity to make their voices heard.

Colorado Needs Equal Justice, Not Political Favor

Governor Jared Polis’ recent comments suggesting clemency for former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters highlight a troubling trend: the politicization of justice in Colorado. Peters, convicted of seven counts—including election-related felonies—and sentenced to nearly nine years in prison, is asking for early release despite showing no remorse and continuing to promote baseless claims about the 2020 election.

Public confidence in our justice system depends on fairness, accountability, and consistency. Clemency should be reserved for those who demonstrate genuine remorse, rehabilitation, or extenuating circumstances—not because of political influence or favoritism. Every Coloradan deserves equal protection under the law, and no one should be above it, regardless of party, connections, or public pressure.

The state’s prosecutors, including Mesa County District Attorney Dan Rubinstein, and Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser, are clear: Peters’ sentence was reasonable, well within the legal range, and imposed after careful consideration of the evidence and her conduct. To commute her sentence now would send the wrong message—not only to Coloradans, but to every person entrusted with upholding election integrity.

As an Independent candidate for Governor, I am committed to restoring fairness and trust in Colorado’s justice system. Public safety, the integrity of our elections, and the rule of law cannot be compromised for political expediency. Colorado deserves leadership that applies justice consistently, protects our institutions, and prioritizes the people over politics.

It’s time for accountability, not favoritism. It’s time for Colorado to uphold the law, equally and fairly for everyone.

Building Trust & Safety: A Night with Commerce City Police

Tonight I had the opportunity to attend “Brew with the Blue” at State House — and I want to thank the dedicated men and women of the Commerce City Police Department for hosting such a meaningful community event.

Events like this matter. Public safety starts with conversation. It starts with trust. And it grows when community members can sit down face-to-face with the officers who serve them — not during a crisis, but in a relaxed setting where real dialogue can happen.

Tonight wasn’t about politics. It wasn’t about headlines. It was about listening — to safety concerns, complaints, ideas, and even words of appreciation. That kind of accessibility builds stronger neighborhoods and safer communities.

I especially want to thank Darrel Guadnola, Chief of the Commerce City Police Department, for taking the time to speak with me about how we can better serve Colorado through the Bail Bonding and Bail Enforcement industry. We had a productive discussion about improving coordination between local law enforcement and bail enforcement agents, including the importance of standardized training, transparency, and clear operational protocols. When law enforcement and bail enforcement work together with respect and clarity, it increases safety for officers, agents, and the communities we serve.

As an Independent candidate for Governor, I believe real reform comes from collaboration, accountability, and leadership that listens. Colorado deserves a public safety system that works with the people — not separate from them — and supports both our officers and the justice system as a whole.

I appreciate the officers who took the time to engage openly and the residents who showed up to ask questions and be part of the solution. This is what community partnership looks like. Thank you to everyone who came out tonight. Let’s keep these conversations going. 👮‍♂️🍻
