Had to grab a few glow-up shots of the Gnome Nook! ✨🍄
The cozy magic of my work rarely translates in photos. Mostly because I’m not a photographer… and my camera apparently refuses to capture vibes. 😂
But trust me—it was SO ridiculously cozy up in there. The kind of cozy that makes you want to shrink down to gnome size and move in permanently.

I love creating environments that support both creativity and calm—spaces where children can dream, explore, and simply be.
Check out the Gnome Nook! I created it as a nature-inspired play space where imagination can flourish. Designed with biophilic principles in mind, this space offers a cozy sanctuary for play, exploration, and a gentle pause.
Every child deserves a space that feels both magical and grounding. ❤️🧚♂️🌱✨✨✨
A heartfelt thank you to Kali Basman for trusting me to create this special space for her family.

I’m working on another waterfall right now, so here’s a little repost while I’m in the flow 💦
This is a look at the process behind the waterfall feature for Bloom, an infant and toddler tactile exhibit at the Children’s Museum of Denver.
Every project starts with collaboration — working alongside architects, engineers, and electricians to transform an early sketch into a safe, durable, and thoughtfully designed structure. Since this is a permanent hands-on exhibit for children, every material and detail is chosen to stand the test of time and play. Check it out>>>

My fabric flowers are some of my favorite pieces to create. 🌸 I designed these oversized botanical installations to soften the rigidity of museum spaces and transform them into immersive, organic environments where touch is not only allowed, but encouraged.
My fiber floral work centers around texture, saturated color, and playful structure. Because these installations are built for constant public interaction — especially by children — I carefully choose materials that evoke emotional familiarity while remaining durable enough for continuous hands-on play.
Back in the studio making a fresh collection of fabric blooms… this round is for a lotus pond installation. 🪷

I’m honored to participate in the 2026 Paper Fashion Show as the Technical Judge. Eek! 🥰
This year marks the 20th anniversary with a theme called, “Folded in Time: 20 Years of Transforming Paper into Runway Masterpieces.”
What a privilege that I get a close up look backstage with the wearable art and the Designers to check how materials are manipulated, joined, and structured, and if the design meets the 90% paper rule requirements. How exciting!!! 🤗🤗🤗
I’m a big haute couture fashion fan and am continuously blown away by the incredible creativity I have seen come through this show. I’m SO excited to see what the Designers have made tonight!
See you at the Stockyards Event Center! Doors open at 5:30pm. Show starts at 7:30pm! Grab those last minute tickets!

Step into my whimsical process as my enchanted moss chair takes shape.
I'm all about merging fashion with artistry. Fiber art's my playground for innovative shapes and textures.
Imagine an entire moss-themed room... or two! Living room and bedroom sets, here I come! Maybe this summer?
Anyone else have too many ideas and not enough hours in the day? Ha!

I’ve been creating interactive Fashion pieces, textile art, and Costumes for exhibits and play spaces since 2010.
I have had the honor to create for many well known artists and traveling exhibits. It’s a privilege to have created so much over the years in collaboration with Master Educators and the Curators at DAM. I have been there so long that I have seen interns enter into senior level positions.
It’s pretty cool to think that I have inspired so many people in Denver, especially the youth, in finding joy in Fashion. It’s kinda fun that nobody knows my name or what I look like. I often walk into spaces and watch it all in action. That’s my favorite part.
