What an incredible year!!
I'd like to thank all the couples and families that we worked with this far. I'm sad to say this but I'll be taking a break from wedding and events photography starting 2022 as my heart is calling me to explore other opportunities and adventures that may require me to travel or stay mobile. I apologize for all the new inquiries but that's the reason I haven't been able to respond back.
Anyways, I wanted to share some of the amazing moments from 2021. Wishing you all happy holidays and a very happy new year! 🎆

A friend of mine recently asked me what drives me every single day???
I really had to think hard for a second.
I would say new experiences/connections and knowledge is what drives me for the most part. Photography fulfills the 1st half of the equation, and for knowledge I usually have bunch of audiobooks and lectures on my phone ready to go while I drive or workout or do any other activities. I’m really interested in learning about things related to personal development, psychology and expanding consciousness in general. In fact I’ve been reading and learning so much since 2014 that last year due to down time caused by Covid I decided to get a certification to become a life coach, and now I am doing that as a side business.
I’ve come to find out that offering a perspective to people in need can be very life changing at times, changes bigger than even I sometimes expect for my coaching clients. And that’s what has kept me going for these slower months for photography. And I’m now really excited for the wedding season to begin, so we can dial up the experience to the max! Let’s begin🙌🏽

: Using Hands🖐🏼to Frame 🙌🏽📸
Most of us who are not pros in front of a camera yet may not know what to do with our hands while taking pictures. Me personally, I try to hide them in my pockets if I can or simply show off a peace sign ✌🏽
There’s nothing wrong with that, but if used tactfully hands can be used to accentuate certain features or parts of the body like Molly shows us in these photos. Here’s how we put her hands to use for posing 👇🏼
1st photo: Hands used to frame in a way to focus on her face/expression
2nd: It’s used to focus on her entire body
3rd: It’s used to focus on her head and her face by her arms creating sort of an arch
4th: It’s used to focus on the face as well as her eyes
Hope with this knowledge you can feel more comfortable with your own hands while taking photos in the future. If you ever use these suggestions to take your photos please do tag me in it because I’d love to see them!

Last September when I travelled to Colorado, I had no intention of taking any pics because I just wanted to spend the entire time with my family. However, I couldn’t resist all that beauty and wonders of Colorado while I was there and kinda regretted not taking my camera along with me🏔🏞 😕
So this time I was able to finally work with some amazing couples and capture the beauty of CO at the same time and I’m loving these images 📸

Some of the best feelings you have are during the times when you’re just there doing nothing. Basking under the love and the light of the sun ☀️

Ok, not gonna lie... Kinda faking a selfie to not look like one Hahaha. I’m sure a lot of my photographer friends run into this problem that when they need to take some of their own pics there’s basically no one around 🤪
Oh and by the way just got back from Boulder, CO after working with some AMAZING couples! Tonight may be a sleepless night because I’m so excited to start editing already!!
