1880's Carriage House renovation - Custom built this sliding barn door, re-grout on the shower tile, new marble curb and new vanity install

Current full basement remodel: (Denver Highland's)
New tankless (on-demand) Water Heater installed. Using a concentric kit, only one termination thru the roof was needed. Also, the gas line needed to be upgraded to 1" because of the additional 100k BTU's used from the new WH.

A lot of layout & framing work was needed in this 1940's post war home. From replacing boards with termite damage to getting it all built true and square.

Leveling the concrete floor in the living area -

It's not always needed, but what a difference a level floor can make. It's hard to see in the before/after pics but we brought the floor up over 2" from the lowest point. It no longer has that obvious basement feel as you walk across it.

Here's a simple shower remodel we just finished, and some step by step photos of the job. The tile sitters we use do amazing work. They are very professional and quality driven.

A couple photos of a septic system I helped install while working for another company (Stutsman & Gerbaz). Shown here is the leach field. The septic tank is higher up on the site and out of view.
