Sarah Failla
Life Coach for women who want more meaning, freedom, & peace in their life.
Where might you be dropping yourself in the name of being a good ‘team player’?
People pleasing can be subtle.
First you have to see it for what it is.
From there- then you get to decide which future version of yourself you are saying yes to.
Never any judgement.
Just choices.
If you need support- comment ‘Permission’ and I’ll DM you.

Ever feel like you’re being pulled in two directions?
Like one part of you wants to move forward…and another part is already judging you for not having it all together?
That tension? That inner conflict?
It’s not a flaw. It’s not failure.
It’s paradox.
And it’s part of being fully, beautifully human.
But most of us were never taught how to hold paradox—so we judge, perform, overthink, shut down.
We hide the messy parts, the unsure parts, the ones that feel “too much.”
And we carry shame that was never ours to begin with.
This episode is an invitation to unravel that shame, soften your inner judgment,
and reclaim the parts of you you’ve pushed away.
Because those parts?
They might just hold the key to your peace, your power, your freedom—and so much more.

Big news, my friend—
I launched a podcast.
And not just any podcast…
🎧 Paradox & Parts: Embracing All of YOU is for the woman who’s done pretending she’s fine.
Who feels something shifting.
And is ready to meet herself with more honesty, more curiosity, and more self-trust.
Inside, we talk about the hard, the holy, and the healing—
Boundaries. Inner conflict. Nervous system shifts.
And what it means to live from a place of deeper alignment.
You’ll hear solo episodes, voice-note-style reflections, and honest conversations with women in the messy middle of awakening and truth-telling.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about embracing all of you—every part.

🛑 You keep calling yourself “indecisive,” but here’s the truth:
You’ve just spent so long tuning into what everyone else wants... you stopped listening to yourself.
When you’re always managing expectations, people-pleasing, and trying to do the “right thing”...
…it’s no wonder your voice feels faint.
You’re not broken.
You’re just disconnected from you.
The good news?
That connection can be rebuilt.
Slowly. Gently. Powerfully.
With parts work, nervous system support, and deep self-trust—you can come home to your voice. Your desires. Your decisions.
And when that happens?
Life starts to feel like yours again.
⬇️ Apply to work with me.
Let’s rebuild your inner connection, one choice at a time.

You are not just a mess or a masterpiece—you are both, all at once.
(And if those words don’t quite fit, replace them: lazy & productive, organized & messy, strong & uncertain, thriving & struggling…)
The part of you that’s still healing is just as worthy as the part of you that’s thriving. The version of you that feels lost doesn’t erase the version of you that’s wise.
You don’t have to wait until you feel “put together” to embrace yourself fully. Wholeness isn’t about fixing—it’s about welcoming every version of you with compassion.
Save this as a reminder: All of you is welcome, always. It starts with self-understanding—honoring every part that makes you, you.
And if you aren’t quite sure how to get there or what that looks like schedule a consultation to learn more about how working together can help.

Do you ever question your own opinion or hold back in meetings, with friends, or in intimate relationships? Hi, I have.
For many, it starts with a whirlwind of thoughts, a tight throat, sweaty palms, and a racing heart.
Understanding and working with your beliefs & nervous system can help.
Start by noticing:
✨How does holding back or sharing your opinion feel in your body? Tightness, fear, excitement?
✨What happens in your mind? Overthinking, doubting, rehashing?
✨Did someone make you feel your opinion didn’t matter? How?
There’s no shame in your answers. It’s all information. What you do with it is up to you.
✔️ Do you like how this shows up in your life?
✔️ Do you want to change it?
✔️ Is it a moment to recognize your growth?
Tag a friend whose opinion you value so much—remind them it’s important they speak up. Their voice & opinions matter.
Sending love and light to all parts of you.

Here’s what no one else will tell you about living in your head… ⬇️⬇️⬇️
The constant rehashing of conversations, playing out 24 different scenarios, and going back and forth with doubt over a decision—it’s exhausting.
But you already know that.
What you might not know is that this overthinking is often a trauma response, a sign of a disregulated nervous system, or a way of coping when your voice or opinion wasn’t heard as a child. It could also indicate that you struggle with implementing boundaries that truly work for YOU.
This habit takes a toll on your health, your time, your energy, your ability to be present with those you love, and so much more.
AND— You don’t have to stay stuck in this cycle.
I know because I’ve identified as an overthinker most of my life. I’ve been lost in analysis paralysis, stuck in inaction, playing out every possible conversation outcome, and avoiding conflict.
While mindset work has been huge in my healing, it wasn’t until I started incorporating the body and emotions that I finally began to feel a shift.
I found I could go days without that nonstop internal dialogue. I could own a decision or boundary without needing validation from 10 other people.
And my favorite part? Reclaiming the fullness of the human experience by allowing ALL emotions and being fully present in my body.
Does this mean I never overthink anymore? No.
Just this morning, my man held space for me as I processed something I was getting stuck in my head about.
What it does mean is that I’m quicker to recognize when I’m triggered (yes, overthinking can be a sign you’re dysregulated) and I now have the tools to process it.
I show up more ME. Unfiltered.
My work is helping you do the same.
We don’t shame those overthinking parts—it’s likely a huge asset when in check. I love my ability to analyze, deliberate, and more.
It’s about who’s in charge: You, or the thoughts you can’t seem to quiet? You, or the inability to make a decision?
If you’re ready to step into more freedom, I’d love to help. Message me the word “overthinking,” and we can talk about what that could look like for you.
Sending you love—

I get it 🙋🏼♀️— sometimes, no matter how desperate you are for a change, it can feel exhausting to even think about where to start. Have you ever been there? ⬇️
I’m not going to lie—change is often not as simple as a five-step plan. AND it often isn’t as far away as it may feel right now.
Even the smallest micro shift you make will lead to changes down the road. But let’s drop in even deeper.
What are you hoping the change you want so badly will give you?
How will you feel when you finally make the change or reach the goal?
Because the truth is, those feelings are available to you today.
Not in a spiritual bypassing or toxic positivity way. But in the way that you can try on feeling how you think you will feel THEN inside your life here TODAY.
Example: You’re continually frustrated that you can’t hold a boundary with your boss, family member, friend, etc.
If you were to hold a boundary, how would you FEEL?
Empowered, confident?
(IF you answered nauseous, terrified, anxious— I get that. THAT is the work to align body/nervous system + mind to make changes that actually last. More on that in another post.)
Practicing an empowered and confident you is available today.
Let the FEELING of empowerment and confidence build in your mind and body. How would you stand? How clear would your communication be?
These are the micro shifts that make CHANGE available TODAY.
