An awesome fundraiser for an awesome cause! This neighborhood is working to take land back in Denver for families that have been pushed out by development. They're creating affordable housing in the Stock Show Complex area.

Just got back to Denver from Costa Rica and am inhaling the spring scents of my garden.
Buffalo grass is dormant from mid-September to mid-May, but bulbs speckled throughout it bring spring delight.

Are you interested in starting a native plant landscaping business in Denver?
I am co-teaching an Ecological Landscaping training that is specifically geared toward Hispanic landscapers and others who are interested in getting into ecologically landscaping fields professionally. We are covering permaculture design strategies, installation and maintenance for native plants, low-water irrigation, the logistics of starting and running a landscaping business, etc..
We had some people drop out of the course at the last minute, which means that we now have open spots! Anyone wanna join us for the next 5 Saturdays?
This training was made possible by a grant from the city of Denver, who wants to train more landscapers in ecological and water-wise practices. The course is FREE if you live or work in Denver, plus lunches are catered, and students who complete 5 of the 6 classes get a $350 stipend from the city.
You do not have to be Latino to join, but we do have Spanish translators for the course, and both me and my co-teacher speak Spanish.
If interested, check out the link below and then email the following people to register. You don't have to fill out the application, as at this point we are just trying to quickly fill the empty seats with people who will benefit from the course.

Does anyone know a project management expert who is really versatile?
My business is looking for a specific type of PM software. I would love to ask the advice of someone who's used many of the different popular softwares for small-team project management, and could advise us on what would be the best fit for us. I'd be very happy to pay for a consultation.
Pic of an RLD project for attention. All Colorado native plants. :)

There are 125 people registered for my webinar tonight. 😳
I think I'll just start the class by peeing my pants. Then there will be nowhere to go but up. 😉
If you want to hop in, it's not too late, and at this point it's more-the-merrier: https://tinyurl.com/2p5hupyw
This webinar is hosted by Wild Ones Front Range, an non-profit that promotes ecological landscaping practices to preserve biodiversity through native plant gardening. I'm a WOFR volunteer; I think what they do is amazing.
