This fireplace has come a long way! What a glow up! From faux stone to real slate, to adding a pop of color and some re-organization! What a difference new tile, $4 in paint and some elbow grease can make. 🤩🤩🤩

A quick hallway closet upgrade happened here at Volk Industries office. The bandaid I had used of shelf liners was no longer helping. I happened to be at my favorite hardware store, Ace Hardware and picked up many containers of “Oops” paint and set to work!

I used half a quart of a white I picked up for $4. Then a small amount of the gallon of Iron Ore for the shelves and accent walls. I made a stencil out of cardboard for the design. It took less than $10 and they look fresh, clean and stylish!

Happy Tuesday! Here are a few before and after photos to show what staging can do to a place before it hits the market.

This table was saved and brought back to life a little while ago. Again I removed the orange stain and gave it new life with a beautiful weathered gray stain! I was using this table for staging but decided it needs to be in someone’s home. Asking $150! It’s very sturdy and I can seal it with a matte poly if you want.
