Radial Tire Racing Association The RTRA was founded to bring credibility and stability to the sport of radial tire drag racing.
Gene Nicodemus and Rodney Whatley organized the RTRA to provide a viable radial tire series that would benefit the fans, marketing partners, racers, and all those affiliated with the professional drag racing industry and this rapidly growing scene.
