Founded in 2013, Captain Kate Holdings started with two rental homes in Denton and grew to over a dozen rental properties in Denton, Argyle and Little Elm. She retired from IT in 2018 to focus solely on real estate and enjoys creatively helping people achieve the home of their dreams.

Clawfoot tub adventures, part 2.
Grind off rust, oxide primer, filler primer, and one coat of black. Figuring out how we want to design the claw and ball feet.
Measurements *should* allow the tub to fit in through the pocket door without the feet attached. Here’s hoping! 🤞

They did my Captain Kate photos a few years ago, along with headshots for my sister, and the entire Rising Phoenix experience was fantastic and life-changing.
