For a long time, I thought being regulated meant being calm.

What I’ve learned instead is that regulation is about capacity - the ability to stay with yourself in discomfort without abandoning yourself.

This work isn’t about fixing.
It’s about rebuilding trust with your own nervous system.

You don’t need more insight. You need more safety.

Many people I work with already understand their patterns. They’ve read the books. They’ve done the healing work.

But insight without nervous system safety often turns into self-pressure.

Real change happens when your body feels safe enough to stay present - not when you push harder.

Now it’s official! I was blessed to find a beautiful room to teach my class literally 5 minutes from the beach 🏖️🧜🏼‍♀️😍🙏🏼🙌🏼 am I actualizing this or what??? 🤯 Thank you divinity 🙏🏼 Too blessed to be stressed 😎 The Universe is always supporting me! 🙌🏼
