Many Mom Tabs

My menu plan got switched around this week a few times, but tonight I had planned on cooking the Mexican street corn casserole.

However, by 4pm, the kids were already snacking on white cheddar rice cake snacks and fruit, and I was accepting the fact that I would have to work late tonight.

I told my husband I was at 20% and barely hanging on. Im so tired.

The kids said they wanted hot dogs and leftover meatballs. Done. After they ate that, my middle child fixed them all a mayo sandwich, and they ate it! It didn’t sound appealing to me at all, but they loved it….And they got their bellies full. Healthy meal tonight? Nope. But they are fed, and sometimes it just is what it is. We will try again with that Mexican street corn casserole tomorrow. 💙

Tonight, my dinner is cereal while I work late and the kids are in bed. 💤

Today he woke up from his afternoon nap and I walked into his room to find him AT the door. He climbed out of his crib.🫠😬😭
