The cross section of the Dubai Chocolate cake😍

Dubai Chocolate... but make it CAKE😍🍫💚

I had SO much fun bringing this one to life! Layers of rich chocolate cake filled with that iconic Dubai-inspired combination of creamy pistachio, Tahini, + crispy Kataifi, all wrapped in chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream. 🤤

Finished with a glossy chocolate drip, big chocolate buttercream swirls, chopped pistachios, and even more crispy kataifi on top because obviously we weren't stopping there.😂

She is rich. She is decadent. She is EXTRA. And I am obsessed with how she turned out! 😍

Now i'm just patiently hoping my customer remembers to send me that cross-section picture because I NEED to see the inside too!😂🙏🏻

Would you try a slice of Dubai Chocolate Cake?!

✨️The past couple of months have been a whirlwind, and my heart is so incredibly full.✨️

Between decorated sugar cookies, custom cakes, preorders, and everything in between, Wake & Bake Bakery has been busier than I ever could have imagined. Every late night, every early morning, every batch of dough, and every cookie decorated has been so worth it.

I just want to say thank you!

Thank you for trusting me with your birthdays, graduations, celebrations, gifts, and sweet cravings. Thank you for recommending me to your friends and family. Thank you for choosing Wake & Bake time and time again.

One of my favorite parts of this journey has been hearing your feedback 🥹

🩷I've had customers place another order almost immediately after picking up their first.

🩷I've had THREE different customers in the past 2 weeks tell me my cookies are the best they have ever had.

🩷I've had so many of you come back again and again, and that means more to me than you'll ever know.

As a small home bakery, every order is personal. You're not just buying cookies - you are helping support a dream that has grown because of all of you.

I'm constantly testing new recipes, learning new techniques, and learning how to make each new menu better than the last. I truly can't wait to show you what's coming next because I have SO many ideas I'm excited to share.

From the bottom of my heart...

Thank you for believing in Wake & Bake Bakery. Thank you for supporting small. Thank you for allowing me to do what I love every single day.

Here's to many more cookies, cakes, celebrations, and sweet memories together 🍪🩷
