As I've been diving more into the neurology of wellness and how intentional design impacts that, it's quite amazing how your subconscious reacts to something before your conscious self can comprehend it, which in turn will impact your emotions and physiological response before you make a conscious impression on something. 
 
So what does all that mean? 
 
Based on the design you see and experience, your subconscious will make physical and emotional impressions (peaceful, excited, uneasy, wary) before you have an active opinion on what you see.  
 
I've always been a huge advocate to think of wellness holistically. EVERYTHING plays into your wellbeing. What you consume, what you see, what you align yourself with makes an impact whether you realize it or not.  
 
Choosing better options is a good first step, and I'll help show you how to vet those better options.

Love a good robe moment

Starting off 2025 with a new book. Last year, I read about 30 books and this year the goal is 50! 2025 will be a year of travel, wellness, growing/learning, and honestly just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Happy new year 💋
