Another great install at Lancaster CSD, where Pro Carpet installed another subfloor and up installation at Aurora Middle School. CMP LP-1 was used to smooth out this rough subfloor to allow for a beautiful, finished floor with Roppe and LVT.

Lockdown, Total Prime & Level 1 primer were used to create a smooth, clean look.

Lockdown was used for moisture issues within the slab, followed by level 1 to smooth the floor out. In other areas,
total prime was used to get the bond needed over the existing substrate and finished it off with level one to accept flooring.
