Good morning and Happy Sunday. As we prepare for a brand new week and get ready to enter the month of June, I just want to speak peace, love, joy, healing, and abundance over each and every one of you. I pray this will be a blessed week, a pain-free week, an anxiety-free week, and a week filled with strength, growth, and new beginnings.
Let’s continue to push through, enjoy life more, support one another, and cherish our loved ones. Whatever you choose to do for fun, please do it safely. Keep your boundaries in place, protect your peace, and continue your breathing exercises: inhale 6, hold 4, exhale 6. Breathe through stress, fear, and pressure.
Continue speaking life over yourself. Look in the mirror and remind yourself who you are. Stay encouraged, stay prayed up, and stay connected to God. Spend time in His Word, because His Word is alive, active, everlasting, and powerful.
May this new month bring clarity, healing, favor, happiness, and a deeper understanding of who you are becoming. Love y’all and have an amazing Sunday and a beautiful week ahead. 💜🦋
When people ask me what the Crossover Healing Community Circle means to me, I tell them this:
This circle is not about overnight healing or pretending we have it all together. Healing is a process. It takes honesty, self-reflection, prayer, growth, boundaries, and sometimes even learning how to breathe through stress and pain.
I’m very passionate about what I do because I truly believe the people in this circle are my assignment. But what’s beautiful is this — I also believe I’m their assignment too.
We learn from each other.
We grow with each other.
We pour into each other.
We remind each other that we are seen, valued, loved, and still becoming whole.
This community is a safe place for reflection, healing, encouragement, and connection while keeping God at the center of it all.
And I hope that makes sense to y’all. ❤️

One of the Crossover Healing Community Circle members shared this poem called “Let Them.”
After reading it, reflecting on it, and truly pondering over the words, this is what stayed with me:
Sometimes healing looks like releasing people with peace instead of fighting to be chosen.
What’s meant for you will make room for you, honor you, and value your presence.
So breathe. Trust God. And let them… let them be. ❤️🙏🏾
