Traci is a Health Coach working with individuals to become healthier with not only their bodies, but also mindset and finances! Traci Friel is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 2015-16 season for the St. Teresa Lady Dawgs VB team. Traci has been the Strength Coach for Millikin University VB (2011-2013), interned with Coach Michael Boyle at MBSC in Woburn, MA (2007), and also interned wit
h ISU working specifically with the gymnastic’s team (2006). While at MBSC, she was able to assist Coach Boyle and his staff with the NHL/MLB athletes, BU hockey team, Women’s Olympic Hockey team, and various other athletes ranging in ages from middle school to older adults. Traci’s goal is to have you moving your best so that you can excel at the activities that make you happy. Traci has already accumulated a wealth of experience in the field of personal training and sports performance. Working with everyone from collegiate athletes looking for a competitive edge, to the Average Joe looking to shed some pounds and get healthier, she has helped clients move better and live healthier lives. Traci has her MS in Human Performance: Strength and Conditioning along with her BA in Athletic Training. She is a Certified Functional Strength Coach thru Mike Boyle and is Level 1 Certified in the Functional Movement Screen (FMS).
