We had a fantastic week with City of Decatur leaders! It is a privilege to witness the growth and invest in the individuals who play such valuable roles in our community.

Dan and John Bentley traveled to the Eglin Air Force Base to train leaders from the 350th Spectrum Warfare Group! They discussed the standard we are to measure by, grow, and recognize the potential of our team.

Today, we remember and honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Great leaders don't just accept what is; they work toward achieving their full potential and the full potential of their team.

It was a great morning with the leaders from Decatur Youth Services! We experienced a meaningful time of growth, vulnerability, and discovery as leaders engaged in discussion around what it looks like to call out the greatness you see in those around you and intentionally speak life into others.
