Hillwood embarks on a 3,200-acre property mixed-use project near Denton
Hillwood will break ground this September on home lots at Landmark, a 3,200-acre property at Interstate 35W and Robson Ranch Rd.
Plans call for roughly 6,000 single-family homes, more than five million sf of mixed-use space, and roughly 3,000 multifamily units with 747 single-family lots scheduled for the opening phase.
Home models are slated to open in spring 2026 with commercial planning and leasing underway.

Where are people moving in Dallas Fort Worth Area?
New Census Bureau city population estimates, released in May found that Forney, located in Kaufman County east of Dallas, led the nation for estimated population growth from 2020 to 2023 at 51.2%.
Prosper, in Collin and Denton counties, ranked No. 6 nationwide and No. 2 in North Texas with an estimated 38.1% growth between 2020 and 2023. LINK
