Ayurvedic Health Coaching with Sara
Ayurveda is known as the “science of life” and orignates in ancient India.
Sara discovered Ayurveda as a method of self healing following an IBS diagnosis in 2010. She is excited to help folks address life’s concerns using Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle.
I share about my recent spring cleanse including kitchari diet and snehena practice, as well as resting and slowing down.
Final day of the spring cleanse is tomorrow!

My health journey includes cleansing every fall and spring. Ayurvedic cleanses not only detoxify, but they nourish as well. I eat a diet of kitchari (basmati rice + mung bean dal + veggies + spices), pureed veggie soups, and oatmeal. My herbal tea is called triphala. Fall is a wonderful time to engage in a cleanse because as the seasons change, our body is ready to shed itself of toxins and prepare for a winter of nourishment. However clean we eat, we pick up toxins from our environment every day. If you’d like to learn more about cleansing and living a healthier lifestyle, let me guide you through Ayurvedic Health Coaching. Visit my website: www.ayurvedichealthcoachingwithsara.com
