Let’s CELEBRATE, Decatur!! Our Downtown Decatur Fall Family Festival truly has something for everyone, with two streets dedicated to two distinct crowds. Merchant will serve as the all-ages destination, with an inflatable obstacle course, the Boy Scouts’ S.T.E.M. trailer, a bubble station, street art, paint-a-van, and a classic firetruck to explore among other activities. Prairie Avenue is for adults 21 and up and will feature a putting green from Caddy Shack Golf Pub along with an amateur bags tournament with a winner-takes-all $500 prize— $50 to enter; ensure your team has a spot NOW by emailing: [email protected] There will also be a Mini Decatur Craft Beer Festival Beer Garden with proceeds benefitting Decatur Area Arts Council! Selections from Decatur Brew Works and Golden Fox Brewing will be on tap as well as Yuengling Lager from George A. Mueller Beer Co. A stage will connect the two streets with performances from local faves DJ T.A.T. and The Standalone Steves, as well as up-and-coming Country music artist Ryan Mundy! Plus Food Trucks! Kona Ice and Tucker Family Concessions are confirmed. Could there be more? Hmmmmm…… 😏 We are working hard to pack in as much fun as we can into these Downtown Decatur streets.
