We are approaching Easter and Mother's Day, so wanted to share this reminder that lilies (including Easter lilies and Stargazer lilies which are common in bouquets) are VERY toxic to cats! They cause rapid kidney failure and death. Even brushing against the flower and later grooming pollen off of their coat can be fatal. I really wish stores would place warnings that lilies should never be in a home where there are cats. Y'all be safe out there!
