Be able to multi task and very well organized
Able to work on weekend as needed

Answer phone calls
Resolve issues and concerns
Schedule pickups and drop offs
Work closely with drivers and provide updates as needed.
Follow up on unpaid invoices
Process invoices and collect payments
Good email communication
