Good afternoon! ☀️
Today was an upper body workout day for me. It feels absolutely amazing to be back with my weights again! I ended up with an injury to my arm which resulted in frozen shoulder pretty bad and it’s still frozen but, it’s coming along and I’m continuing on. In fact, working out seems to be making it feel better now that the injury is healed. I’m hoping I can fix this on my own . It is a very slow progress to get frozen should back again to its normal range of motion. But, it’ll get there. 🙏🏼
I followed up with my whey protein shake for lunch we ordered off of Amazon. Highly recommend it! Loads of protein.

For years, I’ve been exploring health, beauty, and just gentle ways to care for myself - and I love sharing what I’ve learned. I’ve been running a local beauty business for many years now, as well as a little jewelry business and it’s taught me so much about confidence, self-care, and really, helping women feel their best.
Right now, I’m in a season of exploration-figuring out which direction to focus on next. Whether it ends up being beauty, health related, or even a creative venture of some kind, I’m excited to share the journey with you.

👟 After 40, fitness isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about moving smarter...
For many of us in midlife, exercise stopped feeling enjoyable, or sustainable.
As I am 55 years old, so not in my 40s any longer, still, this page exists for women 40+ who want to move again-without punishment, pressure, or burnout.
No extremes.
No “all or nothing.”
Just strength built slowly, with respect for your body.
If you’ve been thinking about starting again… well, maybe this is your sign. 💪🌿
