About Us

Welcome! My name is Maria Hite and I started Systems Unleashed to fulfill my passion for helping businesses grow and achieve success.

I started my career in customer service working for telemarketing and inbound call centers. I was then given an opportunity to work in a law firm and worked as the operations manager overseeing the creation of processes, departments, systems, and documentation. Since that time I have continued to work as a business and technical analyst on various sized projects.

As my career grew and expanded into different roles, I was offered some unique experiences. It was from these opportunities I learned that I really enjoyed the operational aspect of business. I am excited at the opportunity to explore a new issue, resolve a headache, and shed light on otherwise questionable areas.

I am a lifelong learner in both my personal and professional life. We were all taught growing up that knowledge is power and I found that to be very true in understanding the work I do. I seek to understand the operations and the project before providing a solution to the business need. I have experience in IT, Construction, Law, and Insurance industries.
