Unfortunate desire to leave negative post.
We had a number of trees to be pruned and one removed.
Delays and sporadic communication resulted in the job being done days after expected, late in the day, and the gentleman who quoted it left after the work started.
I tried to keep up with the several workers, who were courteous and attentive, but without the "Director" there who quoted the job - a little put off by my requests.
Paid $2500 in full by check which was deposited after 6pm. The stump grinder was to come and remove the stump, - he did, but had to come back another day to finish because of rain.
Not entirely satisfied.
Lesson learned -
1) Do not pay by check or in full unless the job is done.
2) Proposal needs to have details not just 2 word descriptions.
3) REQUIRE the person quoting the job stay there for the job to be done! It took them 2 hrs and they did much.

The team showed up on time and went to work cutting and trimming our trees. They were very courteous and professional. Each member took the job seriously and was safety minded. Matthew did an outstanding job of trimming back the large oak in the front yard. I would highly recommend Tree Care America to anyone.
