2025…we lost a lot. our momentum, our plan, our futures. our connection with all of you. while our hearts are broken - we are going into 2026 with an all new gameplan, new vibes, a new band name, & a fresh new lineup. we are hard at work behind the scenes getting everything together for a cool debut. keep your eyes out for what we do next. we hope to reconnect with each & every single one of you during the new adventure. we love you. lets make 2026 a great one!🖤

on Tuesday, November 4th at we’ll be playing our last show. is headlining with & joining the bill to rawk - it’s going to be one hell of a night.
we know it’s a Tuesday & that can make it tough to get out but this one means everything to us. its our first show back since we had to change up what we were doing with our lineup & the last time we’ll be taking the stage together as Life in Idle.
this band has been a massive part of our lives & we want to give it the sendoff it deserves - surrounded by friends, family & everyone who’s ever screamed the words back with us.

today we were made aware of some devastating & shocking news involving one of the now ex members of our band. we dont have anymore information at this time beyond what has been reported publicly. out of respect for those involved & the safety of everyone we have decided to make the extremely difficult decision to call the tour. we are absolutely gutted. huge thanks to .music for being down to hop on with us. give them all the support! please bare with us during this extremely difficult time.🖤 - David, Al, John & Shai

We’re devastated and shocked to share some incredibly difficult news today.
This morning, we learned that our ex bassist, Joe Friend, has been arrested and is facing charges related to child p**n. This information came as a complete shock to us, and at this time, we have not spoken to Joe and do not have further details beyond what has been reported publicly.

We want to be clear that we are committed to doing what is right. Our priority is the safety and well-being of everyone in our scene. We are actively discussing how to move forward in a way that is responsible, transparent, and aligned with our values.
We will be taking appropriate action in response to this, and we will share more when we are able.
