She has come a long way in the last few years. 💪🎉
Countless doctor’s appointments ending in “eat less, move more” mentality.
I armed myself with education!đź“•
For 4 years I have spent an enormous amount of time studying hormones, thyroid, nutrition, environmental factors, fitness, energy, emotional health to prove it wasn’t “my fault.”
Truth is my habits in my 20’s and 30’s for sure needed to be addressed. But they were NOT the only thing happening to make me hold weight and feel like trash.
I believe I was meant to go through this so I can help other woman.
Even if it’s just to tell you how to fight for yourself!

You know your bodies and you know when something isn’t right! Keep making changes and ask questions. Don’t stop until someone hears you.
✨ Habit Tip of the Day ✨
Stop focusing on being perfect. Focus on being consistent.
A 10-minute walk is better than skipping exercise because you don’t have time for an hour.
One glass of water is better than none.
One healthy meal is better than giving up on the whole day.
Small habits repeated consistently create the biggest changes over time.
Ask yourself:
“What’s the smallest step I can take today?”
Then do that.
🌱 Progress isn’t built in one perfect day—it’s built in the daily choices that seem small but add up to something amazing.
