🎄♥️It is the most wonderful time of the year, and I am more aware than ever of the things I am grateful for...Family. Faith. And the incredible people God has placed in my life who have shown up with love and kindness in ways I will never forget.
I wasn’t sure I would even take photos this year, but then I remembered how much my mom loved them. Every single year since the boys were babies, she always had the first look. It is funny how those little things become the memories that stay with you.
Raising teenage boys has stretched my heart in the best ways. Watching them grow into young men~ seeing their kindness, their humor, and the goodness in their hearts ~is one of the greatest gifts God has ever given me. This time of year always reminds me how blessed I am to be their mom.
And through all of it, I have felt the power of God’s love in the way He speaks into the moments that matter. Joy is something we choose and faith is what carries us.
Merry Christmas from our home to yours.🎄🎁
And yes, I am now officially the shortest one in the family. You should see me without heels.😆👠

✝️ Matthew 28:6 — “He is not here; for He is risen, just as He said.”
The greatest man in history had no servants,
yet they called Him Master.
Had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher.
Had no medicine, yet they called Him Healer.
He had no army, yet kings feared Him.
He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world.
He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him.
He was buried, yet rose in glory three days later.
His name is Jesus.
Let the joy of His resurrection fill our hearts
with hope, faith, and new beginnings.
This Easter, we celebrate the triumph of life over death,
love over fear.
Wishing you and your family a beautiful Easter. 🌄 🪨 ✨

Raising boys is the slowest breakup you’ll ever experience. 💙 Watching them grow into young men is the most bittersweet thing—your heart bursts with pride for who they’re becoming, but it aches as you say goodbye to the little boy who used to need you for everything.
That’s why Christmas is so special. Every year is a new stage—a little boy sitting on Santa’s lap turns into a teen too cool for matching pajamas, and then one day, he’s the one carrying the tree in. You savor it all because you know how quickly it changes.
Cherish these moments. The laughter, the hugs, and the memories you create together. They’re fleeting, but they’re ours to hold onto forever. 💙

‘The public health issue of our time’ Dr. Ramani
This is a fantastic and very accurate conversation about the health issues from toxic and narcissistic relationships. More awareness needs to be brought to this subject, because the stress from these relationships takes years off of people’s lives and is creating a host of negative health affects. One of the biggest tell tale signs you are dealing with a toxic person is if you are now being accused of being the toxic or abusive person. The blame shifting, gaslighting and future faking is NOT normal in healthy relationships. If toxic behaviors have now become a pattern and a crazy cycle you need to make sure you are aware of your boundaries. In a toxic relationship, normal therapy will not work, it’s not the same type of relationship. This is an incredible video.
