If you’ve been thinking about joining, now is the perfect time to get signed up. Our 6‑week virtual support group begins Monday, June 8th with sessions at 10:00 AM or 6:00 PM.

This group is a gentle, welcoming space for moms navigating the emotional ups and downs of life after baby…whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, isolated, or simply craving connection with others who truly understand.
