POV: me FaceTiming the crochet community!! How are we crocheting anything with sequin yarn?? Advice wanted!

Bigger hook? Smaller hook? I’m using a 4.5/5.0mm in the vid. What kind of stitch won’t snag the sequins? 🤔 I’m currently doing the Suzette stitch but I just don’t think it does the smaller sequins justice (especially paired with an additional cotton strand)
