Sometimes the simplest queso is the best queso. Adding the spicy breakfast sausage is a must though.

Griddle tip: to keep bacon from curling up, place it on the griddle while the griddle is still cold. This allows the fat to render slowly, allowing for the bacon to cook flat and evenly.
