Zero Guide Fees is a membership based program in which hunters pay a small annual membership fee in exchange for benefits. The benefits include a fully outfitted hunt with Arizona Elk Outfitters, Arizona Strip guides or if you prefer another reputable outfitter in the
state of Arizona once you have obtained a permit. Additional benefits for a Zero Guide Fees Membership include an easy application
