Y’all Street Rises: Texas Stock Exchange Plants Its Flag in Dallas
Texas is planting a major flag in the future of finance as the Texas Stock Exchange | TXSE Group Inc. (TXSE) secures a high-profile lease at Uptown’s Bank of America Tower, reinforcing Dallas’s rise as “Y’all Street.” The upstart exchange, backed by more than $250 million from firms including Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, and Citadel, aims to challenge Wall Street’s dominance with a more CEO-friendly, lower-cost marketplace.
TXSE plans to begin trading in July 2026, with IPOs expected in 2027. A Texas-sized exterior ticker sign approved for the tower will serve as a visible symbol of Dallas’s emergence as a global financial hub, signaling the city’s growing influence in banking, capital markets, and corporate headquarters activity.

Dallas celebrates the opening of Halperin Park!
Halperin Park represents Dallas’ continued commitment to forward-thinking, inclusive development that reconnects communities and creates long-term economic opportunity. Built over Interstate 35E, the new deck park helps restore connections between North and East Oak Cliff - neighborhoods historically divided by highway construction in the 1960s. Inspired by the success of Klyde Warren Park, Halperin Park transforms infrastructure into vibrant public space with green areas, walking paths, and family-friendly programming. Developed through a public-private partnership involving the City of Dallas, TxDOT and private donors, the park reflects a shared vision for equitable growth and community investment.
As Dallas continues to evolve, projects like Halperin Park showcase how strategic investments can strengthen neighborhoods, support future development, and bring communities together. We proudly welcome Halperin Park as Dallas’ newest green space and a symbol of the city’s connected future.
