Heavenly Father,

We place our families under Your mighty protection. Guard our homes, our spouses, and our children from every danger, evil, sickness, and tragedy. Let Your angels watch over us wherever we go.

Lord, be our Provider. Bless the work of our hands, open doors of opportunity, and supply every need in our homes. Let no family represented here experience lack.

Preserve our marriages, strengthen our love, and fill our homes with peace, unity, and joy.

We declare: Our families are protected, our homes are blessed, our needs are supplied, and our future is secure in God's hands.

INTEGRITY COUPLES – WEEKEND ASSIGNMENT

This weekend, we are taking a break from the serious side of marriage and intentionally reconnecting as friends, lovers, and partners.

Marriage should have room for laughter, memories, dreams, and fun. ❤️

SATURDAY – “REMEMBER US” DAY

Forget the bills, responsibilities, and everyday stress for a little while.

Sit with your spouse and answer these questions:

❤️ What attracted you to me when we first met?

What is one funny memory you still remember about us?

What was one of your happiest moments in our marriage?

What is something about me that still makes you smile?

Then choose one old memory and recreate a small part of it; even if it's simply sharing the same meal, playing your old favorite song, or sitting somewhere you both enjoy.

Assignment:
Make each other laugh today. 😊

SUNDAY – “OUR NEXT CHAPTER” DAY

After church or during a quiet moment, sit together and talk about the future.

Ask each other:

What kind of home do we want to build?

What values do we want our children to learn from us?

What financial goal should we pursue together?

What experience would we love to have as a couple?

❤️ What can we do to make our marriage even better?

Choose one answer and turn it into a goal you can work on together.

Then pray over your future.

WEEKEND CHALLENGE:

For two days, don't just act like husband and wife.

Be friends again.
Laugh again.
Dream again.
Choose each other again. ❤️

MONDAY PRAYER for INTEGRITY COUPLES

Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing us into a new week. We commit our families, marriages, and children into Your hands.

Protect us from every danger and evil. Watch over our children in school, our spouses at work, and everyone wherever they go.

Preserve our lives, our health, our marriages, and the peace in our homes.
Provide for every family. Bless the works of our hands and open doors of favor, opportunities, and breakthrough.

Give us wisdom to love better, parent wisely, make good decisions, and build homes founded on integrity and faith.

Lord, let this week bring peace instead of fear, good news instead of sorrow, and testimonies instead of disappointment.

We declare that our families are covered, our homes are blessed, and God orders our steps.

This weekend, let’s focus on creating a marriage where both spouses feel heard, valued, supported, and safe.

Your spouse should not have to hide their struggles behind a smile. Sometimes, love simply means being present.

FRIDAY – “TALK TO ME” ❤️

Ask your spouse:

👉🏾 “How are you really doing?”

Not “Are you okay?” and moving on.

Give them room to talk about what is on their heart.

Listen without interrupting, judging, or immediately trying to fix everything.

Sometimes, your spouse simply needs to know:
“I am here. You can talk to me.”

🤝🏾 SATURDAY – “HOW CAN I HELP YOU?”

Ask your spouse:

👉🏾 What is one thing I can do this weekend to make life easier for you?

Then, if it is reasonable and within your ability, do it without complaining.

It could be helping with the children, cooking, running an errand, handling a household responsibility, or simply giving your spouse some much-needed rest.

Love is not only what we say.
Love is what we are willing to do.

🙏🏾 SUNDAY – COVER EACH OTHER

Before the weekend ends, hold hands and pray for each other.

Instead of only asking God to bless your marriage, pray specifically for your spouse.

Pray for their:

❤️ Strength
❤️ Wisdom
❤️ Health
❤️ Work and finances
❤️ Emotional well-being
❤️ Relationship with God

Then tell your spouse:

Whatever this new week brings, remember that you don't have to face it alone. We are a team.

WEEKEND RULE:

Don't compete with your spouse.
Don't dismiss their feelings.
Don't use their vulnerability against them.

Be the person your spouse can safely come home to. 🏡❤️
