Did you know that endurance doesn’t just mean running and all things cardio? Yeah, you heard that right. Muscular endurance, different from muscular strength, is the ability for the body to work for an extended amount of time. That means you can get creative with your workouts! Battle ropes or cardio with weights are examples of how to build muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. The more you have, the more you can do with less energy!
