I sold this beautiful home to my clients last October. In fact this home isn’t even past a year old. They sent me a photo of the condition of their beautiful home this morning. Did the water pe*****te through the walls and doors? Yes!! Make sure you understand your homeowner insurance policy and what it covers. Understand that flood damage is not covered under your homeowner insurance policy. I’m sad that this has happened. I pray that their homeowner’s policy allows covers due to their french drains not operating 🙏🏾.
