We stumbled into Cuzco Peruvian Restaurant… and ended up talking about every single dish.

Planning Croatia always sends me back.
Today I was securing a few favorite dinner reservations in Dubrovnik for upcoming clients, and suddenly I was right back there—warm Adriatic air, golden stone streets, and those long evenings that somehow turn into unforgettable meals.
Croatia remains one of my favorite destinations to design for clients. The blend of history, coastline, incredible food, and effortless luxury just works. And Dubrovnik? Always worth returning to.
