We are looking for eager, hard-working, and energetic candidates that can engage with the public. You must be kind, courteous, and tolerant. Those who possess these and the following skills and are looking to move up will have the opportunity to be evaluated for leadership positions.

Petition Circulator

Petition Circulators must combine customer service and listening skills with marketing and political knowledge to persuade people to support a cause or candidate or to give information. Petition Circulators usually spend most of their time initiating contact with the public and standing in parking lots to connect with people in their target markets. Strong communication and social skills are important. Petition Circulators must keep up with current political issues and know what is going on in the news. They must exhibit professionalism when directly engaging with the public as well as when they are traveling as an AMT employee. They often must spend a great deal of time on their feet standing or walking. Petition Circulators must be familiar enough with the cause that they represent to be able to answer questions confidently, intelligently, and accurately. They must also be able to assist voters with properly completing any surveys, forms, or petitions.

· · Must have a valid Driver’s License or State issued I.D.

· · Must possess integrity and commitment.

· · Must be honest, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

· · Must be devoted to working in a team environment.

· · Some marketing, sales, or customer service experience a plus.

As we begin another year of campaigns at AMT we take the time to look back and thank all of the people who have contributed to our success. It seems every year delivers a unique set of challenges that bring with it an opportunity to learn and grow. 2020 brought us together, humbled us, and reminded us what is truly important. It also renewed our belief in American institutions and energized our resolve to celebrate democracy through positive civic engagement. For this reason we look forward to 2021 and the first campaigns of the year with a special sense of appreciation and optimism, and therefore heartily salute our outreach staff in the Southwest and the Southern US working on behalf of our valued clients.

We applaud the work done by our safe and professional field staff in the southwest working on ballot measures and to our teams of political canvassers working across the US for the 2020 election cycle. A big year for AMT despite monumental challenges.

We're currently circulating a Petition in Las Vegas and we need hardworking, responsible people to fill our ranks! As a petitioner, you go out to public places, talk to people and ask them to sign the petition. The job is 100% outside.

Ample opportunity to quickly advance to higher positions with hard work and dedication.

CDC guidelines will be followed, we have a nurse on staff, and PPE is provided and required while interacting with the public, as well as in the office.

We also offer healthcare to all full-time employees.
