We had a great time taking Hidalgo kids and families to Northwest Bible Church's Fall Fun Fest on Sunday! In 2001, a married couple took some kids from our apartment community to that same Fall Fun Fest. That visit eventually led to the Hidalgo Ministries forming in 2002!

Here's some of the fun we had last Saturday at Hidalgo Kids Club learning about Noah's ark and the worldwide flood (which just happens to be a great explanation for why we find billions of dead things all over the world that were rapidly buried by sediment and fossilized).
Have you ever measured out the actual dimensions of the ark? We'll be doing that with the kids this Saturday. And showing the kids a collection of real fossils.
Serving with friends can be both fulfilling and fun!!
